This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by MilkCloud (the “Service,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information. We handle data only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service, as described below.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may automatically collect operational information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app activity paths, session duration, and basic diagnostic logs. To help match you with more suitable routes, we may also process approximate device location information. This information is mainly used for: 1. route recommendation and node scheduling; 2. troubleshooting, performance analysis, and service optimization; 3. sending important notices related to your account, subscription, security, or changes to the Service. We do not use this data for unrelated arbitrary purposes.

We may share de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise necessary information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as Google Play Services, Firebase, or similar infrastructure partners, for crash analysis, notifications, fraud prevention, and product improvement. We do not sell or casually disclose your personal information except where: 1. required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; 2. necessary to protect users, the public, or the lawful interests of the Service; 3. processed by vendors acting under confidentiality and limited-use obligations. If you want to stop future collection tied to the App, you may uninstall it using your device’s standard uninstall process.

Account information and necessary operational records may be retained during the service period and for a reasonable period thereafter for security review, billing reconciliation, complaint handling, or legal compliance. If you would like to close your account early and request deletion of personal profile data, please contact our privacy team at support@milkcloudfree.com. This App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If such collection is discovered, we will take steps to delete the information. To reduce the risk of unauthorized access or loss, we use measures such as access controls, encrypted transmission, and internal permission separation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements, product changes, or updates to our service processes. The latest version will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
